PRB: Empty directories not included when "recursesubdirs" flag is used on a [Files] entry

Add the createallsubdirs flag (available in Inno Setup 5.0.6 and later) to your [Files] section entry, and the empty directories will be created at install time.

The [Dirs] section may also be used to create empty directories.
